For now we are only shipping within Canada. Products will be shipped out within 5 business days unless otherwise notified. For larger orders over 50 in quantity, please contact us directly to get a more accurate fulfillment time frame.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for personal care goods (such as beauty products). However, we do want to ensure you are happy! If there are any concerns around the product, such as defective or damaged, please don't hesitate to contact us!
